Annual Members Meeting & Election Results

The Annual Meeting of the Members of Moulton Ranch III Homeowners’ Association was held on October 13, 2026. The Election of Directors was completed. Three (3) Directors were elected to serve two (2) year terms. Below are the election results:

The three (3) candidates receiving the highest number of votes are as follows and will serve for a two (2) year term.

RECALL OF DIRECTOR SAEID HARIRI

The members also voted on the recall of Director Saeid Hariri. Under the Bylaws, removal of a Director before the expiration of his term requires (1) the affirmative vote of a majority of the members, which is 263 votes, and (2) that the votes cast against removal not be sufficient to elect the Director under reverse cumulative voting. The reverse cumulative voting requirement was met; however, the number of votes in favor of the recall did not reach the 263 votes required for approval by a majority of the members. The recall was therefore not approved, and Director Hariri will continue to serve on the Board of Directors for the remainder of his term. Because the recall was not approved, no additional seat was filled, and the three (3) Director seats were filled as stated above.

In Favor of Recall – 77 votes

Opposed to Recall – 6 votes

The new Board of Directors will select officer positions at the next regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 6 PM via Zoom.
