New Concrete Walkways in Park

We’re pleased to share recent improvements at Moulton Ranch Park aimed at enhancing accessibility and safety for all residents.

New walkways have been installed to connect the main sidewalk to the concrete bench pad areas throughout the park. These additions are designed to provide easier access for individuals using wheelchairs or other mobility aids, ensuring that more members of our community can comfortably enjoy the seating areas and open space.

In addition, the Association has completed repairs to address trip hazards within the park. These improvements were performed by Concrete Hazard Solutions, helping to create a safer environment for pedestrians and reducing the risk of falls.

The Board remains committed to maintaining and improving our community spaces with both accessibility and safety in mind. We hope residents enjoy these upgrades and the continued enhancements to Moulton Ranch Park.
