Fence Maintenance Reminder

The Board of Directors would like to remind residents that fencing throughout the community is the responsibility of each homeowner, not the Association.

To help maintain the overall appearance and integrity of Moulton Ranch III, owners are asked to regularly inspect and properly maintain their fencing. This includes:

  • Keeping fencing painted and in good condition
  • Addressing rust or corrosion promptly
  • Repairing or replacing any damaged or deteriorated sections

Well-maintained fencing plays an important role in preserving property values and the visual appeal of our community.

Please also remember that any modifications, replacements, or changes to fencing require prior approval from the Architectural Committee. An architectural application must be submitted and approved before any work begins.

We appreciate your attention to this responsibility and your efforts to keep Moulton Ranch III looking its best.
