Notice of Adjourned Annual Meeting

The Annual Members Meeting and Election could not be held on September 9, 2025 due to lack of quorum. The adjourned Annual Meeting will be held on October 7, 2025 at 6:00 PM via Zoom. The HOA has sufficient ballots in order to be able to conduct the Annual Meeting on this date, as the quorum requirement drops to 20%.

The monthly Board of Directors meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday, although the date is subject to change. Below is the meeting schedule for 2026.

The Regular (Open) Session begins at 6 P.M. The closed Executive Session is held immediately following the Regular Session at 7 P.M. The meetings are held via Zoom. Please visit the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com for the information to access the meeting. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend!
