Reminder to Vote in Upcoming Election

The Annual Members Meeting and Election is scheduled for Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 6:00 PM via Zoom. The purpose of the meeting is to elect two (2) directors to serve two (2) year terms.

The ballots for the election were mailed on August 1, 2025. Please take the time to complete the ballot, enclose it in the 2 secret envelopes, sign the outer envelope, and send it in to the Inspector of Election company, Majority Rules, prior to the meeting.

The Association has had difficulty obtaining quorum to conduct the election in recent years. Your participation is needed in order to be able to obtain enough ballots so that the election can be held. If you do not know who to vote for, you can always check the “Quorum Only” option at the top of the ballot, which will count toward quorum.
