Park Rules and Reservations
Posted By rhart on August 26, 2025
The Association’s Park Rules were updated in December 2025. An important update to the rules is the requirement to have a reservation for any gathering at the gazebo that includes twenty (20) people or more. A completed reservation agreement must be submitted to the Moulton Ranch III HOA at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the event. A gazebo reservation is specific to use of the gazebo only and the rest of the Park is open to use by other residents.
The purpose of establishing a reservation system for the park is to be able to hold people accountable for any damage or excess trash they leave after holding an event at the park gazebo which costs the Association money. A $100.00 security deposit will be collected as part of the reservation process and is completely refundable after the reservation if the gazebo is left in good condition. The reservation system also benefits residents to ensure that they are guaranteed the gazebo area if they are planning an event, as currently it is first come, first served.
There was also another important update to the Park Rules regarding bounce houses/inflatables. The placement of a bounce house or inflatable in the park requires the submission of a completed and signed reservation agreement and certificates of insurance naming the Association and Management Company as additional insureds to the Association. This was strongly advised by the Association’s legal counsel to protect the Association in the event there is an injury.
The Park Rules and Park Reservation and Inflatable Agreement can be found on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com and the Association’s website, moultonranch3.com.
