Committee Volunteers Wanted

The Association currently has 3 committees – the Architectural Committee, Landscape Committee and Holiday Décor Committee.

The Architectural Committee is tasked with reviewing architectural applications for exterior improvements received by homeowners. They meet as needed (generally 1 to 3 times per month, depending on how many applications are received) to review applications and render decisions.

The Landscape Committee meets once per month at the park with the Manager and the landscape representatives from Brian William Smith Landscaping and Vargas Tree Service. They assist the Board with planning and facilitation of landscape projects and help with resolution of landscape requests from homeowners.

The Holiday Décor Committee is responsible for putting together a plan to decorate the entrances for the holiday season within the budget established by the Board. Joining a committee is a great way to participate in the Moulton Ranch III community.
