Landscape and Lighting Renovation Update

The entrance landscape and lighting renovation project is now complete. Originally, the Board had
approved a proposal to replace the existing flood light fixtures at the entrance with new premium tunable LED fixtures and install additional fixtures along the stone walls to enhance the look of the entrances. The vendor offered to try this new technology out at no cost to the HOA, but unfortunately, there were multiple issues with these fixtures that affected their performance and reliability. After careful consideration, the Board voted to return to the original flood light plan to provide consistent, attractive illumination.

The Board greatly appreciates your patience and understanding while these renovations were
completed, as it did take longer than anticipated. Residents should see a lot of growth and colorful
foliage emerge during the Spring season, especially for the new Crepe Myrtle trees which are dormant in the Winter.
