Entrance Lighting Update

We wanted to inform you about an upcoming change regarding the lighting at the community entrances. Originally, the Board had approved a proposal from Global Lighting Organization (GLO) to replace the existing flood light fixtures at the entrance with new premium tunable LED fixtures and install additional fixtures along the stone walls to illuminate them at night to enhance the look of the entrances. GLO introduced a new type of lighting that they had started using in this type of application called RGB strip lighting which creates a similar effect and has the ability to change colors. They offered to try this out at no cost to the HOA to see if this was something that would work at the Moulton Ranch community. Unfortunately, we have experienced multiple issues with these fixtures that have affected their performance and reliability.

After careful consideration, the Board has chosen to remove the RGB strip lighting and replace it with flood fixtures per the original plan. This change is aimed at providing consistent, reliable illumination that better serves the needs of the community.
