Adoption of Revised Election Rules

Proposed updates to the Election Rules were distributed to the membership in February 2025 for review and comment in accordance with Civil Code. At the March 11, 2025 Board of Directors meeting, the Board of Directors voted to adopt the revised Election Rules, which are now in effect. The rules can be viewed and downloaded at any time on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com.
