Entrance Renovation Project Update

We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and we able to spend quality time with family and friends over the long weekend!

We wanted to let you know that the landscaping and new drip irrigation will be installed by Brian William Smith Landscaping at the Oso/Bridlewood and Vista Viejo/Cabot entrances early next week. The landscaping is based off a design prepared by a landscape architect. It was anticipated that this would be completed earlier this fall, however, there were some unanticipated delays with the lighting portion of the project. The HOA has replaced all of the existing flood fixtures throughout the community with new LED premium tunable fixtures and has installed RGB strip lighting at the entrances to illuminate the stone walls. This is a new technology and the Board has been working with Global Lighting Organization on how best to utilize this at the entrances. This type of lighting has the ability to be a variety of colors which can be utilized for the holidays, and will be set to a soft white color outside of the holidays. Additional repairs to the lighting and electrical system were discovered during the project which contributed to the delay.

Please note that Moulton Ranch III does not maintain the entrance at Oso/Nottingham. This belongs to a neighboring HOA.
