Send in Ballots Prior to October 10, 2023 Annual Meeting!

The first attempt at the Annual Members Meeting and Election was held on September 12, 2023. Unfortunately, quorum was not obtained and the election was adjourned to the next Board meeting, which is scheduled for October 10, 2023 at 6 PM via Zoom. Please check the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com for the information to access the meeting if you would like to attend.

The good news is that you still have time to send in your ballot if you have not done so already. Please take the time to complete the ballot, enclose it in the 2 secret envelopes, sign the outer envelope, and send it in to the inspector of election prior to the meeting.

Your participation is needed in order to be able to obtain enough ballots so that the election can be held. If you do not know who to vote for, you can always check the “Quorum Only” option at the top of the ballot, which will count toward quorum.

If you have lost or misplaced your voting materials, please contact Action Property Management and another set will be mailed to you.
