Avoid Association Slopes

Moulton Ranch III is home to a lot of wildlife, including potentially dangerous critters like rattlesnakes, coyotes, skunks and bees. Please avoid the Association slopes, as these areas are not intended for residents. Please exercise extreme caution if you are ever on the slopes and make sure that children are not permitted in these areas. If you notice bee hives or dangerous wildlife on the slopes, please notify Action’s Community Care Department so that a work order can be sent to the Association’s pest control company.
