Architectural and Landscape Committee Volunteers Needed

The Board of Directors is currently seeking volunteers to serve on the Association’s Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and the Landscape Committee.

The primary purpose of the ARC is to review architectural submissions received from owners to make improvements to the exterior of the property and make a determination as to whether they are approved, denied, or approved with certain conditions. The ARC will also review completed work after a Notice of Completion is submitted to ensure the work was done according to the approved plan. The Committee meets as-needed to review applications, which can be as often as weekly.

The Landscape Committee meets at the park once a month with the Management and landscape representatives to review landscape issues and present recommendations to the Board. This meeting is typically held on the second Thursday of the month at 9:30 AM.

If you would like to serve on either Committee, please email the Community Manager and be sure to give your name, address, and why you would like to serve on the Committee. The Board will review submissions at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
