Assessment Increase Effective January 1, 2023

The 2023 Annual Budget Report and Policy Statement was distributed to all owners in November. This document includes important information that is required to be disclosed to homeowners on an annual basis per Civil Code.
The Board has determined that an increase of assessments by 8% is required. Unfortunately, due to the hyperinflationary environment, the costs of goods and services have increased, resulting in the Association needing to increase the assessments. The assessments will increase by 8% to $140.00 per month effective January 1, 2023. The Board will continue to diligently manage the Association’s finances to ensure that the property is maintained in a first-class condition while obtaining the most value for the dollars spent.
If you utilize automatic payment with your bank please make the adjustment to avoid late fees and penalties. If you utilize automatic payment with the Association’s bank the adjustment will be made automatically on January 1, 2023. It is highly recommended that you set up automatic payments on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com to ensure that your payments are always received on time. This service is free of charge and is preferable to using your bank, as the assessment amounts will always be automatically adjusted when they change. Furthermore, the bank sends a check for the monthly payments, which still can get lost or delayed in the mail.
