Reminder to Send in Ballots!

The third attempt at the Annual Members Meeting and Election is scheduled for November 1, 2022.132 ballots are needed for quorum and we are 1 ballot short.

Please complete your ballot if you have not done so already and mail it to the inspector of election prior to the meeting so that we can obtain quorum and conduct the election.

If you do not know who to vote for, you can always check the “Quorum Only” option at the top of the ballot, which will count toward quorum.

If you have lost or misplaced your voting materials, please contact Action Property Management via email to maoc@actionlife.com and another set will be mailed to you.
