Notice of Adoption of Proposed Vehicle Regulations

Proposed Vehicle Regulations were distributed to the membership in July 2022 for review and comment in accordance with Civil Code. The purpose of these regulations is to clarify the CC&Rs with respect to what types of vehicles are appropriate to be parked on the individual lots within the community (such as in the driveway). The community streets are owned, maintained and regulated by the City of Laguna Hills, so the Association does not do any type of enforcement on the streets.

At the August 2, 2022 Board of Directors meeting, the Board of Directors voted to adopt the Vehicle Regulations, which are now in effect. The Board would like to thank all of the owners who submitted their comments for consideration. The Vehicle Regulations can be viewed and downloaded at any time on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com.
