2022 ANNUAL TREE TRIMMING
All of the Moulton Ranch Park trees and all of the eucalyptus trees on the Association-maintained slopes will be trimmed this year. At the February 1, 2022 Board of Directors meeting, the Board voted to contract with Vargas Tree Service to perform the annual tree trimming. Vargas anticipates beginning the work on March 7th and finishing all of the trimming by the end of July.
The park trees are trimmed every year and the eucalyptus and pepper trees on the slopes are trimming in alternating years, with the eucalyptus trees being trimmed in the even numbered years and the pepper trees being trimmed in the odd numbered years.
If you would like to request that a tree be trimmed outside of its regular schedule or that a tree be removed, please complete the Tree Trimming and Removal Request Form, which can be downloaded on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com in the “Forms” section.
