2022 ASSESSMENT INCREASE REMINDER

The monthly assessments were increased by 4% to $130.00 effective January 1, 2022. All homeowners were notified of the increase in November 2021 in the Annual Budget Report and Policy Statement.

If you utilize automatic payments through your bank, please make the adjustment to avoid late fees and penalties if you have not done so already. If you utilize automatic payments directly with the Association through the Resident Portal, the adjustment has been made automatically effective January 1, 2022.

It is highly recommended that you set up automatic payments through the Resident Portal. This service is free of charge and the amount of the assessments will automatically be adjusted whenever there is a change. Enrolling in automatic payments through the Portal is preferable to setting up automatic payments through your bank, as the bank will send a check each month to the Association. Checks can be lost in the mail or delayed, resulting in late charges being assessed to your account. Also, the bank will need to be informed whenever there is a change in the assessment.
