Committee Volunteers Needed

There is currently a vacancy on both the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and Landscape Committee and the Association is looking for volunteers that are interested in joining.

The ARC is responsible for reviewing applications from homeowners for exterior improvements and rendering decisions. The Committee members review the applications to ensure all required information has been submitted, and will make a decision based on the established Architectural Guidelines for the Association, in addition to aesthetics and conformity to community standards.

The Landscape Committee meets once a month to review landscape issues in the community and provide their recommendations to the Board. This can include review of work orders submitted by homeowners, tree removal and trimming requests, and facilitation of community projects.

If you are interested in joining either Committee, please email the Community Manager and state your name, property address, what Committee you are interested in, and why you would like to join the Committee. The Board will review any interested applicants at the next Board meeting and you will be notified if you have been appointed to serve on a Committee.
