2021 Annual Members Meeting and Election

The Annual Meeting of the Membership for the Association will be held on September 7, 2021 for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors. The meeting will be held via Zoom at 6:00 P.M. The information to access the meeting is included on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com and was included on the notice that was mailed to all homeowners in July 2021.

At the meeting, there will be a vote of the membership, via secret ballot, to elect directors to the Board of Director and to determine the allocation of any excess operating funds at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Ballot, Voting Instructions, and secret envelopes were mailed to all owners in July 2021.

Please make sure to complete your ballot and send it to the Inspector of Election, c/o Majority Rules, P.O. Box 608, Yorba Linda, CA 92885. All ballots must be received by September 6, 2021.

All homeowners were sent a ballot for a proposed CC&R and Bylaw amendment in April 2021. Please note that these are two separate ballots, and even if you have submitted your ballot for the amendment, you will still need to send in this ballot to count toward the 2021 election.

It is important that you return your Ballot since a quorum (a majority of the voting power of the members – 263 members) must be present either in person or represented by secret ballot to conduct the annual meeting.  (Bylaws, Article VI, Section 6.7)

If quorum is achieved and Directors are elected, there will be an Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors immediately following the Annual Meeting to appoint officers.
