2020 Election Update

This year, all five (5) directors’ positions on the Board of Directors are up for election. The first attempt at the Annual Members Meeting and Election was held on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 9:00 AM at the park. In order to be able to conduct the election at the first attempt, a majority of the 525 homeowners would have need to submit their ballots or valid proxies. Quorum was not obtained and the annual meeting was adjourned to Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. The quorum requirement is reduced to 25% at the subsequent attempts at conducting the annual meeting, and the Association will have enough ballots in order to be able to conduct the annual meeting in October.
We greatly appreciate all homeowners who took the time to send in their ballot. If you have not yet submitted your ballot, you are welcome to do so prior to the October 6th meeting. Ballots must be received at Action Property Management’s Irvine office by 5:00 P.M. on October 5th in order to be counted.
