Updated Architectural Review Application
Posted By rhart on September 3, 2020
The Board of Directors adopted a revised Architectural Review Application at the September 1, 2020 Board meeting. The revised application clarifies that homeowners who are applying to make improvements to their properties must obtain signatures from ALL of their neighbors that have adjacent lots to the front, sides and back of your lot.
The application can be viewed and downloaded at any time in the “Architectural and Paint Schemes” section of the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com, or can be obtained by contacting Action Property Management. Please make sure to use the updated Architectural Review Application when preparing to submit an application for proposed improvements to the Association.
Though COVID-19 may make it more difficult to obtain neighbors’ signatures, it can still be done. You can wear a mask and practice social distancing when approaching your neighbor, or leave a copy of your application on your neighbor’s doorstep along with a note containing instructions on what to do in order to make the process “contactless.”
Please be reminded that any changes to the exterior of the property need to be reviewed and approved in advance by the Association’s Architectural Review Committee. Failure to obtain the proper approvals prior to beginning improvements will result in a $500.00 fine being assessed to the homeowner’s account. If you ever have any questions as to whether a certain improvement would require approval by the Association, please contact the Community Manager, Rhonda Hart, at (949) 450-0202 or rhart@actionlife.com.
