Reminder to Send in Ballots for Election

Dear Moulton Ranch III Homeowners,
You should have received your ballot for the upcoming Annual Members Meeting and Election, which is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 9:00 AM at the Park. Please take the time to complete the ballot, enclose it in the 2 secret envelopes, sign the outer envelope, and send it in to Action Property Management.
The Association has had difficulty obtaining quorum to conduct the election in recent years. Your participation is needed in order to be able to obtain enough ballots so that the election can be held. If you do not know who to vote for, you can always check the “Quorum Only” option at the top of the ballot, which will count toward quorum.
As of August 25th, the Association has received 120 valid ballots. While it is very unlikely quorum for the first attempt at the election on September 9th will be obtained, which is a majority of the membership, we are very close to obtaining the reduced quorum requirement of 25% (132 ballots) at the second attempt at the election, which is scheduled to be held in conjunction with the board meeting on Tuesday, October 6th, at 6 PM. Please send in your ballot if you have not already done so in order to help achieve quorum.
