Reminder to Send in Ballots for September 9th Election

You should have received your ballot for the upcoming Annual Members Meeting and Election, which is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 9:00 AM at the Park. Please take the time to complete the ballot, enclose it in the 2 secret envelopes, sign the outer envelope, and send it in to Action Property Management.

The Association has had difficulty obtaining quorum to conduct the election in recent years. Your participation is needed in order to be able to obtain enough ballots so that the election can be held. If you do not know who to vote for, you can always check the “Quorum Only” option at the top of the ballot, which will count toward quorum.

If you have lost or misplaced your voting materials, please contact Action Property Management at (949) 450-0202 or via email to maoc@actionlife.com and another set will be mailed to you.
