Tot Lot Remains Closed Due to COVID-19

For the safety of the community and to help slow the transmission of COVID-19, the tot lot equipment will remain closed until further notice. The Board of Directors has consulted with the Association’s legal counsel regarding reopening the tot lot at this time. The attorney advised the Board that they do not recommend opening the tot lot. The Board is deferring to the advice of legal counsel in order to protect the Association from potential liability.

You are welcome to use the park and other facilities, but please practice social distancing and follow recommended hygiene practices to prevent transmission of the virus. Please note that the benches and tables are not cleaned/sanitized by the Association, so please use these items with caution.

Children have been observed playing in the tot lot even though it is closed. Please mind the caution tape and sign on the bulletin board and refrain from using the tot lot equipment until it is deemed safe to reopen it.
