Updated Preferred Paint Schemes Available on Vista Paint Website and Resident Portal

The updated preferred paint schemes are now available to view on the Vista Paint website at https://www.vistapaint.com/archive. The detailed instructions from Vista Paint can be found on the Resident Portal, which also contains the discount code. The paint schemes can also be viewed in PDF format at any time on the Resident Portal.

If you are planning on repainting your home, you are welcome to review and select one of these schemes. Please note that these schemes are preferred, however, you are not limited to choosing one of these schemes. You may apply for any paint selections you wish by submitting a completed architectural application to the Architectural Review Committee for review.

Please be reminded that any change to the existing paint color scheme, even if it is a preferred scheme, requires that a completed application be sent to the Association in advance. The application can be obtained at any time on the Resident Portal.
