Nuisance Barking
Posted By rhart on February 25, 2020
The Association’s CC&Rs require dog owners to take the necessary measures to control any barking or whining so that it does not disturb your neighbors. The Association has been notified of some issues where residents are leaving their dog(s) outside all day, and the dog(s) whine and bark in a manner that disturbs other residents. Please be cognizant of this when leaving dogs outside, and consider putting the dogs inside or taking other measures to mitigate the barking or whining if it becomes a problem. Keep in mind that there are coyotes in the neighborhood that can easily jump fences, so as a safety issue, it is not recommended that animals be left outside unattended. We appreciate everyone’s effort in making this a peaceful, pleasant place to live for all residents and their furry friends!
