Landscape and Lighting Enhancements

The Board of Directors is focused on increasing the visual appeal of the common areas in order to enhance the property values in the community, which are at a high, and has decided that they will be renovating the landscape in some prominent areas in the community.

The areas that will be initially targeted for renovation include the entrances at Bridlewood and Oso and Vista Viejo and Cabot, in addition to the intersection of Woodbluff and Vista Viejo. The Board is currently working with Management to solicit proposals for design and installation and will keep the community apprised of any updates. The Board also intends to enhance the lighting at the entrance monuments to increase the visual appeal and this will be done in coordination with the landscape upgrades.

If there are any areas of landscape that the Association maintains in the community that you believe can benefit from an upgrade, please email the Community Manager and they will be evaluated by the Board and Landscape Committee.
