Architectural Submittals

Pursuant to the CC&Rs, owners must submit an application to the Association’s Architectural Review Committee for review and approval prior to beginning any modifications to the exterior of the property. Part of the application process is to have the adjacent neighbors sign the application which indicates they have been made aware of the proposed modifications and don’t generally disapprove of them.

NOTE: If a neighbor approaches you to sign the application for their plans and you have an issue with what they are proposing, please email the Community Manager so the Committee can be made aware of your concerns prior to making a decision.
